Practice Schedule

Just a reminder that White/Green/Adv Pre-Comp now get in the water at 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday. Dryland will be completed throughout swim practice on the pool deck and will be incorporated into swim sets to further benefit the young swimmers. We tried this for the first time last night and it went well, working on backstroke kick in and out of the water.

Rainbow Classic

This past weeknd we swam at the Rainbow Classic. A great time was had by all. We all sat together, cheered each other on and had a great time being with each other at the meet. I just want to say that everyone swam great. Our next meet is the March Madness that will be the first weekend of March, that will also be held at Mercer Island.

practicing for the Swim-A-Thon

In the last month the kids have started to show a more focused and competitive side in practice. While still having fun with one another they are beginning to improve on their technical abilities and drive. The kids are already getting excited about the Swim-A-Thon and are thinking of ways to swim as much as they can and who will be able to sponser them!
